PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE

Dear EHS School Community:

With the start of second semester, I will be convening a new club at EHS. The Presidents Club will consist of the students who are the president of their specific organization, club or group. The meetings will be held once a month at Elyria High which will focus on the activities of each organization, report by the principal, report by the superintendent and report by a school board member. The club will also identify a project that they will organize and implement for the 2011-2012 school year. The group will also order Presidents Club shirts and have a luncheon for the last meeting in May. Additionally, a student on a rotating basis will present the minutes from each Presidents Club meeting while sitting at the table with the board members, superintendent and treasurer at a school board meeting.
