Principals Message

April 2014
This May 6th, the Elyria Schools need your vote on a critical RENEWAL levy that protects $12 million of educational necessities without increasing taxes. Issue 2 will combine two levies that will expire and can no longer be collected. While it may seem complicated, it's not. Issue 2 is NOT A TAX INCREASE which means you will not pay any more than you are currently paying. Please help support our schools on May 6th.

Spring Break will be from April 13-21. With school resuming on April 22. Our students are currently reviewing for the OAA's. Attendance is critical during this review time and during our tests which are as follows:
April 28th- Reading
April 30th- Math
May 1st- 8th grade Science

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact Westwood at 284-8017.

Happy Spring
