Welcome to the second grade website for Mrs. Flaherty's class! We are currently working on our math facts in math. Fact triangles should be practiced nightly. In reading, we are working on short and long vowel words, sight words, comparing and contrasting stories, and writing journal entries. In social studies/science, we are currently studying weather. Next week, second graders will be studying the planets and outerspace.
