In August, students in kindergarten through ninth grade will return for the first week of school on a staggered schedule.
This will give students and staff time together in smaller groups to get to know one another and learn to their schedules and the routines of the school.
K-9 students whose last names begin with A through G will attend school on Monday, Aug. 19.
K-9 students whose last names begin with H through O will attend school on Tuesday, Aug. 20.
K-9 students whose last names begin with P through Z will attend school on Wednesday, Aug. 21.
All K-9 students will attend school for their first day together on Thursday, Aug. 22.
All Elyria High School students, grades 10 through 12, will return on Monday, Aug. 19, without a staggered start.
All students who are entering preschool this fall will return for their first day of school on Monday, Aug. 26.
