Ohio is committed to the implementation of a unified system of support that directly focuses on improving the academic achievement of all students. Ohio's system of support includes State Support Teams and Educational Service Center personnel who use a connected set of tools to improve instructional practice and student performance on a continuing basis. This process is carried over at the district level where a plan is created specifically for the Elyria City Schools.
