To be considered for employment with the Elyria Schools an applicant must apply by completing an online application through the district website at www.elyriaschools.org All open and available positions within the district are publicized on the district website and candidates may view the position including a description, and available options in the applicant process. Information including: resumes, cover letters, transcripts, licenses, and reference letters may be uploaded onto the online application system.
In addition, the Elyria Schools requires all candidates to successfully complete a BCI/FBI fingerprinting and background check. Background checks can be scheduled and conducted through the district's Human Resources offices.
