Spring Testing Schedule for Elyria High School General Information Letter
Wednesday, April 14th: ELA II (all 10th graders* /12th graders that need ELA I or II pts)
Wednesday April 21st: Biology (all 9 th and 10th graders* /12th graders that need pts)
Wednesday April 28th: Algebra and Geometry (all 9 th and 10th graders*/12th graders that need pts)
Wednesday May 5th: American History and American Government (all 10th and 11th graders*/12th graders that need pts)
**tests are not solely based on grade levels. If you are enrolled in any of these classes this year, you will take the EOC test no matter your current grade level.
Attention students in the classes of 2022 and 2023:
Next year you are eligible for Early Release and Late Arrival! You can stop by your team office to get a form or you can print it here. A parent can also call your team counselor or email your team counselor and give verbal permission for a release ID. Counselor emails and phone numbers can be found on the Elyria High School website under “Guidance”
2021-2022 Program of Studies and Scheduling
Happy March! Spring is right around the corner, and we are beginning to plan for next year! Counselors will be going to your child’s classrooms starting March 8th to begin scheduling classes for the 2021-2022 school-year.
The course of study can be found here.
Students will be given scheduling sheets on Thursday, so please discuss options with your child and fill in the scheduling sheets by March 8th. Students should bring completed sheets to school with them next week.
