Free Meals for Students Through December 2020

In September 2020 the USDA announced that school districts may provide free meals for ALL students regardless of eligibility through December 31, 2020 (or until funding is exhausted.)

The Elyria Schools, Aramark Foodservice and First Student Transportation have established a meal delivery service to homes.

To register for this service, please email name, number of students at home, and phone number to elyriafoodservices@gmail.com.

Parents should be advised there’s a high number of requests for this service and it may take several days to a week to confirm that an address has been added to the list.

Parents who've signed up for this service but have not received an email confirmation from Aramark should visit the distribution sites to pick up student meals until the confirmation is received.

Home deliveries will take place on Wednesday or Thursday every week and will include five-days-worth of meals.

Starting September 14 and every week thereafter, Aramark will host a weekly distribution every Wednesday for in-person meal pick ups at Elyria High School from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the West Avenue parking lot of Elyria High School.
