• Managing the hiring process, staffing, resignations/retirements
• Salary placement and issuing of contracts
• Maintaining Employee records/files, IPDP's, Licensing, Fingerprints
• Staff benefits, Leave of Absence, Worker Comp, FMLA, Prescription, Annuities
• Managing substitute services
• Managing Labor relations
